Our HotSpot capacitive discharge thermocouple welders are designed to solve your thermocouple fabrication and attachment problems. Using stored energy, the welder generates an electric arc for fusing standard thermocouple elements into freestanding beads.  This same process can be used to weld the thermocouple directly to any thickness base metal, as well as to close tubes, attach pins, or perform light spot welding.  There are three models to suit your application needs.
